Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to your original packaging or a similar sturdy box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the journey.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our skincare experts inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
